I am an assistant professor in the Department of Statistics and Data Science at the Southern Methodist University (SMU). Prior to joining SMU, I had been an Assistant Professor at UT Dallas, a Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, and an Assistant Professor at the University of Minnesota Duluth. I am passionate about understanding challenges in survival analysis, guiding data-driven clinical studies, and exploring cutting-edge computing methodologies. I am an International Statistical Institute (ISI) elected member.
